The Poisonous Presidency

When the leaders of the United States, the President, his Vice President, his Secretary of State and others deliberately lie to its citizens, knowing full well that the facts about the tragic killing of an American ambassador and three of his staff are widely known, the nation has reached a point where it is paramount that he be removed from office.

The forthcoming election is the instrument and current indicators are that President Obama will be defeated. It is to be hoped that power in the Senate will be returned to the Republican Party and retainedl in the House of Representatives. This is the only way steps can be taken to avoid the financial collapse that faces the nation and achieve the repeal of Obamacare that Mitt Romney has promised if elected.

What worries me most, however, is the utter disdain for the truth that has marked the presidency of Barack Obama. It has been nearly four years of sustained lies about the steps that were taken to respond to the financial crisis facing the nation when he took office. The so-called “stimulus” wasted billions, becoming little more than a slush fund for Democratic fund-raisers, unions, and other connected parties to the administration. Instead the administration literally seized control of General Motors and Chrysler, then in the normal process of bankruptcy, claiming to save the jobs of auto workers. What they did was shunt aside the legitimate creditors and investors in GM. They arbitrarily discontinued its often long relationship with several hundred auto dealerships, adding their employees to the unemployment lines. They then insisted that GM invest millions in the creation of an electric car that cost $47,000 to purchase and ended up purchasing them for government use with taxpayer’s money.

Obamacare, more than 2,700 pages in length and incorporating more than twenty new taxes, was passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress with little evidence that any of those who voted for it had even read it. Arguing initially that he was not a tax, when challenged in the Supreme Court, the administration then said it was a tax. For some inexplicable reason, the Court permitted it to stand despite its clear over-ride of the Constitution’s Commerce Clause that forbids the government from requiring a citizen to purchase anything.

Under Obama, the foreign policy of the nation has now seriously weakened its position in the world and combined with cuts to defense spending, put its ability to protect the homeland and project power abroad at risk. The administration failed to negotiate an agreement with Iraq that would permit U.S. troops to remain in place, as they do at the invitation of many nations around the world, leaving Iraq vulnerable to al Qaeda. Setting a date for withdrawal from Afghanistan only emboldened the Taliban.

The so-called Arab Spring has mutated, not into the establishment of democratic institutions in nations like Egypt or Libya, but an opportunity for the Muslim Brotherhood to at least ascend to positions of power in opposition to America’s interests in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

We now know that President Obama skipped some sixty percent of the daily CIA briefings that presidents long have made a part of their duties and this no doubt led to its ignorance of the impending tragedy in Libya, but the fault lies, too, with the State Department that ignored the slain ambassador’s pleas for increased security for the embassy and consulate. This is a president who has been missing in action as the Islamic jihad began to heat up across the face of the globe.

The hostility of President Obama’s administration to the vital energy sector of the nation has denied access to oil extraction on the vast acreage of federal lands. It has denied permits for offshore drilling to a far larger degree than previous administrations. It has mercilessly attacked the coal industry, responsible for nearly fifty percent of all electricity generation in the nation. Plants for electricity have closed down under the pressure of costly EPA regulations. Only the natural gas sector has grown, thanks to the technology of fracking, but both oil and gas is being extracted mostly on private land.

Obama’s Energy Department Sneaks 30-year Offshore Moratorium Past Public

While the Obama administration was taking a victory lap last week after the 5-4 Supreme Court decision to uphold the president’s signature legislative accomplishment, Obamacare, the Interior Department was using the media black hole to release a much-awaited five-year plan for offshore drilling. That plan reinstitutes a 30-year moratorium on offshore energy exploration that will keep our most promising resources locked away until long after President Obama begins plans for his presidential library. Given the timing, it is clear that the self-described “all of the above” energy president didn’t want the American people to discover that he was denying access to nearly 98 percent of America’s vast energy potential on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS).

The Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) of 1953 provided the interior secretary with the authority to administer mineral exploration and development off our nation’s coastlines. At its most basic level, the act empowers the interior secretary – in this case, former U.S. Sen. Kenneth L. Salazar of Colorado – to provide oil and gas leases to the highest-qualified bidder while establishing guidelines for implementing an oil and gas exploration-and-development program for the Outer Continental Shelf. In 1978, in the wake of the oil crisis and spiking gasoline prices, Congress amended the act to require a series of five-year plans that provide a schedule for the sale of oil and gas leases to meet America’s national energy needs.

But since taking office, Mr. Obama and Mr. Salazar have worked to restrict access to our offshore oil and gas resources by canceling lease sales, delaying others and creating an atmosphere of uncertainty about America’s future offshore development that has left job creators looking for other countries’ waters to host their offshore rigs. More than 3 1/2 years into the Obama regime, nearly 86 billion barrels of undiscovered oil on the Outer Continental Shelf remain off-limits to Americans. Alaska alone has about 24 billion barrels of oil in unleased federal waters. The Commonwealth of Virginia – where Mr. Obama has reversed policies that would have allowed offshore development – is home to 130 million barrels of offshore oil and 1.14 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. But thanks to the president, Virginians will have to wait at least another five years before they can begin creating the jobs that will unlock their offshore resources.

Once you add those restrictions to the vast amount of shale oil that is being blocked, the administration has embargoed nearly 200 years of domestic oil supply. No wonder the administration wanted to slip its plan for the OCS under the radar when the whole country was focused on the health care decision.

But facts are stubborn things, and the Obama administration cannot run forever from its abysmal energy record. In the past three years, the government has collected more than 250 times less revenue from offshore lease sales than it did during the last year of the George W. Bush administration – down from $9.48 billion in 2008 to a paltry $36 million last year. Meanwhile, oil production on federal lands dropped 13 percent last year, and the number of annual leases is down more than 50 percent from the Clinton era.

Under the new Obama plan, those numbers will only get worse. The 2012-17 plan leaves out the entire Atlantic and Pacific coasts and the vast majority of OCS areas off Alaska. It cuts in half the average number of lease sales per year, requires higher minimum bids and shorter lease periods and dramatically reduces lease terms. Yet, somehow, we’re supposed to believe that our “all of the above” president is responsible for increased production and reduced oil import.

With oil hovering around $85 a barrel and nationwide gas prices nearly double what they were when Mr. Obama took office, you’d think the administration might implement a sensible plan to promote robust job creation and safe offshore energy development. Instead, what we get is the latest phase in the Obama administration’s war on affordable energy, filed under cover of media darkness while the nation was swallowing its Obamacare medicine.

Americans are paying the hangman for the rope.

It is estimated that since the origin of the global warming hoax in the late 1980s, Americans have seen $50 billion of their dollars thrown down the climate change rat hole.

In a January CNSnews commentary, Elizabeth Harrington noted that “A study by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) determined that the United States (has been) funding the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the United Nations’ authority on alleged man-made global warming, with $31.1 million since 2001, nearly half of the panel’s annual budget.”

“In a Nov. 17, 2011 report, ‘International Climate Change Assessments: Federal Agencies Should Improve Reporting and Oversight of U.S. Funding’, the GAO found that the State Department provided $19 million for administrative and other expenses, while the United States Global Change Research Program provided $12.1 million in technical support through the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSP), averaging an annual $3.1 million to the IPCC over 10 years–$31.1 million so far.”

The forthcoming UN Rio+20 IPCC international conference in June will switch course from the discredited global warming hoax in favor if its fundamental agenda, the imposition of a global government that reflects the UN’s goal of a worldwide socialist economy. The sovereignty of individual nations will be subject to the dictates of a small group of UN bureaucrats.

The theme will be “sustainability.”

There is a reason that the upcoming Earth Day, April 22nd, falls on the birthday of Vladimir Lenin, the former Soviet Union’s first dictator. Everything associated with the environmental movement has communism as its basis.

In February, KPMG, a Swiss entity and “a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services” operating in 152 countries, held a conference that attracted “more than 600 top CEOs and senior business leaders from many of the world’s major corporations.” It was held in cooperation with the United Nations Global Compact, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the United Nationals Environmental Programme. Among those attending were former President Bill Clinton and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

It issued a report, “Business Perspective on Sustainable Growth: Preparing for Rio+20 and offered recommendations “to scale-up investment in sustainable development, provide strong price signals on resource scarcity and environmental impacts” and “deliver new platforms for public-private collaboration at the international and national levels.”

In other words, the UN is laying the groundwork to ensure that its bogus sustainability agenda will offer enough inducements to the global business community to ensnare them in its control.

In an article by Terence Corcoran in the Financial Post, he characterized Rio+20 saying, “It’s as if the high priests of Occupy the Planet and the Green Apocalypse—having run their old socialist and environmental engines into the ground—have stumbled across a new set of rationalizations and slogans.”

As if the Obama administration hasn’t wasted billions on its green energy agenda, funding one failed renewable energy company after another, the White House Council on Environmental Quality announced in March that it will sponsor its third annual “GreenGov” Symposium September 24-26 in Washington, D.C.

“The Symposium will bring together leaders from government, the private sector, non-profits and academia to identify opportunities to create jobs, grow clean energy industries, and curb pollution by incorporating sustainable practices into the Federal Government’s operations.” If this wasn’t so ludicrous, I’d laugh, but these are the lies the Obama administration wants you to believe.

And people wonder why President Obama killed the Keystone XL pipeline, imposed an illegal moratorium on oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, and his administration has issued fewer leases for the exploration and extraction of oil on federal lands than any other.

Throw in the Environmental Protection Agency’s war on the coal industry, and the Interior Department’s limits on access to federal land known to contain uranium deposits for the nuclear energy industry, and you begin to see how our own government is conspiring to leave the United States of America bereft of the energy reserves that we have in abundance!

The nation’s energy needs and its dollar are being weakened in order to eliminate it as the only real deterrent to the United Nation’s, Russia’s and China’s global ambitions.

The Earth has not warmed in fourteen years and it is not running out of energy reserves of oil, coal, and natural gas.

As the global warming hoax is shelved, the sustainability hoax is being rolled out and will be on full display June 20-22 in Rio de Janeiro conference when the usual suspects and charlatans gather to plot the continuation of their socialist revolution.

There is not one single reason why the U.S. taxpayer should be contributing to this communist cabal and conference.

As the election of 2012 approaches the Left becomes more desperate.  For the first time in his adult life Obama has to deal with the reality that he’s Barack Obama. And being Barack Obama has created a real conundrum for the Democrats.

Obama wanted to play president, not be president. And the real Barack Obama is anything but a confident competent winner.

Those who did not support Obama tried to sound the warning bell about Obama severe lack of well, everything. Obama lacked experience, and continues to lack character, integrity, and a love of the America that has taken over 200 years to build.

Now Democrats must face the reality of their creation, just like I did when I found out that Fonzi is not the cool Italian of Happy Days, but instead is a whiny Jewish guy named Winkler. Obama v2.0 doesn’t just reveal his vulnerabilities; he exposes the abject lunacy of the Left.

The scary thing for Democrats is they went all in on Obama. They spent so much time propping up their puppet, believing that style would prevail over substance. But Obama failed miserably, and the Democrats have no succession planning.

Hillary can’t run this election unless they abandon the “not so golden boy.”  I suspect that Hillary is smart enough not to want to run this election anyway, unless she has a defense to combat Obama and the Democrats’ scorched earth project.

The sad truth is that Hillary has two chances for a run in 2016: Slim and none.  Despite all the tolerance that Democrats supposedly have, they will not elect an old “rode hard put up wet” white woman to the presidency.  Don’t believe me; it already happened…in 2008.

Recall that Hillary was all the buzz in 2008, that is until the Democrats found an “articulate and clean” candidate with “no Negro dialect.” The Democrats dated Hillary, until they found somebody they deemed cuter.

Obama was perfect for the rebirth of radical Regressivism, sure to continue punishing minorities.

But the strategy backfired, because Obama was supposed to be at the very least “ok.” Obama is ok, if you like that America is now fighting for Third World status.

The walls surrounding Obama are crumbling from within. Right-wing conspirers need not apply and the Republican machine has been switched off.  It’s the Democrats who are destroying Obama, which is one reason why the Obama administration is panicked.

Who leaked the recent story that Barack Obama was raised by a gay, transsexual, prostitute nanny, affectionately called “Tranny Nanny” by the media? Republicans didn’t have a clue… or they would have brought up Tranny Nanny in 2008.

And if that’s not bad enough for Obama, the media, repeat the MEDIA ran with the story.  It appears that in 2012, the media loves a salacious story about Obama’s past, more than they love Obama. The idea that Obama might be just a bit mixed up in the cabeza has been allowed to float in “the cloud.” God-forbid we actually get to see Obama’s grades or a new and improved birth certificate?

A recent poll has Obama dropping by 12 points with women; repeat, WOMEN! The same women who wanted to take Obama home to daddy—“HE’S HALF WHITE TOO DADDY”—are now abandoning Obama like last year’s fashions.

It doesn’t take a psychic to see the future for Obama. He sees it, and you can bet he’s throwing hissy fits all over the White House, as he contemplates updating his resume.  Obama is so desperate to keep his position[1] that he recently made a Truth Team declaration, saying that he has drilled for more oil than any other president. Obama wants America to believe that he is the Fossil Fuel President.

Forget that Obama has said publicly that he wants to destroy the coal industry. He publicly battles with “Big Oil” dirty revenue, and wouldn’t allow the Keystone Pipeline to happen or allow drilling on Federal land; but he’s now the Fossil Fuel president.

Meanwhile back at the algae farm, Obama discussed removing oil company subsidies, as he doubled down on failed green energy failures, boondoggles, and payola to same.

Instead of forming African-Americans for Obama, Obama should have formed: “White People Please Give Me One More Chance?”

Obama is reneging on his declaration that if he didn’t have things on track in three years, he should be a one-term president. For the good of the country. No sane people expected an incompetent megalomaniac to really live up to that declaration, now did we?

Two things have saved Obama to date:  The media and Obama’s “blackness.” Had it not been for either, Obama’s choices would have been impeachment or resignation. Wait, there is a third choice…Jail.

America has become so politically correct that despite the president being “black,” he can still run on the “I’m a victim of racism” ticket. But that’s changing and its vexes the Left.

The black president has been in charge, and America is worse off; we are all victims of Obama. Obama owns whatever America has become, because leaders must take credit or blame, regardless of the circumstances. Obama can’t admit he is not a leader over the worst America in decades. That is the Democrats’ conundrum.

The real March madness is allowing a Communist community organizer by the name of Barack Hussein Obama to occupy the Oval Office. Just in the month of March alone, he signed legislation to end our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech, signed an executive order to allow a FULL GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER during peace time, had the Vatican placed on a list of suspected money launderers, apologized to our enemies again for Koran burnings, and took credit for allowing a small portion of the Keystone XL pipeline being built that we know he is adamantly against. And the list continues to grow daily.

This Communist plant continuously lies to the American people and shows utter disdain for anyone who dares to question him. I have come to the conclusion after the recent published interveiw about Bill Ayers’ parents’ postman who claims that Ayers’ parents bragged about putting the little forign exchange student Obama through college,that he was groomed and planted in the White House as a Weather Underground operative.

This assertion would explain why there is no background information on him. It has been well established for many years that Bernadine Dohrn, Bill Ayers’ wife, is a master at creating identities based on her role in the Weather Underground. This organization was responsible for domestic terrorism and bombings of government buildings back in the sixties and seventies. Bill Ayers is now a prominent (cough) college professor.

It is a fact that Obama’s presidential campaign was lauched in 2007 at the home of Ayers and Dohrn. My assessment is that when things got too hot for Ayers and Dohrn for their outward terrorism, they changed their tactics and slid this communist Chicago thug into the White House in order to destroy America from within. So far, their plan is working perfectly. How long will apathetic Americans wait before a stop is put to this DOMESTIC TERRORISM??

Obama, Ayers, Dohrn, and the rest of this America-destroying regime need to be arrested AT ONCE for high crimes and treason against the United States of America. Nothing less will do at this point. America MUST be purged of this communist cancer once and for all.

Netanyahu Controls Obama’s Fate

If Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants to seal President Obama’s fate, all he has to do is to attack Iran. It is clear from Obama’s AIPAC speech that the president will continue to talk about diplomacy and sanctions for the remainder of his term and will take no military action against Iran. If Israel attacks Iran, she will achieve three things:

a. Israel will buy time by delaying the Iranian nuclear program by one to three years.

b. Those extra years will give the effective sanctions, only now being imposed, time to work.

c. The resulting increase in the price of oil – and its impact on the American economy – will doom Obama’s re-election chances, assuring that a pro-Israeli Republican Administration takes power.

With a Republican in the White House and in control of Congress, Israel will be well positioned to derail permanently the Iranian nuclear program.

Obama could never recover from the run-up of oil prices that would follow an Israeli attack. His refusal to approve the Keystone Pipeline, to drill in the ANWR reserve, and to issue permits for deep sea drilling, all make him ultra-vulnerable on the gas price issue. He has no good answers on the subject.

A huge increase in gas prices at the pump will also send the world into the same kind of oil shock as happened in 1973 and 1979, each of which was followed by a global recession in reaction. Obama would not be able to be re-elected amid the tidal wave of bad economic news he would face.

How ironic that Netanyahu, therefore, really controls Obama’s fate. He can’t re-elect his sworn enemy (I doubt anyone can do that) but he can defeat him and likely will do so.

Netanyahu has to face the fundamental fact that Israel cannot survive another four years of an Obama presidency. Freed of the constraints that the need to get re-elected imposes, the president’s anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian bias will come out in virulent form with likely lethal implications for Israel. If Bibi lets Obama get re-elected, he will be dooming the Jewish State to extinction.

All the evidence indicates that he understands his choices and will respond accordingly. At least we hope so.

How Obama and Democrats Continue to Decimate the American Middle Class

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act,  was a “fig leaf” law manufactured by desperate Democrats for two very important  reasons [to them].

To protect the political legacies of two high-profile Democrat career  politicians, Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) and Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA), who, as  chairmen of their respective banking committees, were the “henchmen” who blocked  numerous attempts by the Bush Administration to step in and audit the now  collapsed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

More importantly, it was to hide the fact that the “Sub-Prime Mortgage“  crisis that caused the meltdown of the U.S. economy was actually propagated by a  1995 Clinton-era wealth re-distribution plan, which “forced” banks to abandon  mortgage qualification standards so they could provide mortgages to high-risk,  low income homebuyers with little or no down.  And, according to the Law of Unintended Consequences, it was the middle class  that was most greatly devastated by financial loss and high, protracted  unemployment–even though, ironically, they are the very people President Barack  Obama and Democrats claim to be protecting now, against the “evil” capitalist  Republicans.

According to Susan Adams’ Forbes article yesterday, citing a recent  episode of CBS’ “60 Minutes,” one of the most troubling aspects of the  unemployment picture in the U.S. today is the fact that more than 4 million  Americans have been out of work for more than a year, and more than 2 million  have been jobless for more than 99 weeks, so their jobless benefits have run  out.

Long-term unemployment has reached levels not seen in the U.S. for the last  60 years.

Those who have been out of work for two or three years wind up taking drastic  measures. They sell their homes and their cars, and they pull kids out of  college. They lose contact with their professional networks and struggle with  rock-bottom self esteem.

“I was so ashamed to reach out for help, because I felt discouraged. I felt  ashamed that I had failed,” Vernon Downes tells 60 Minutes.  A  former information technology project manager for a company that makes medical  devices, he had been looking for a job for two-and-a-half years. Downes had gone  on food stamps and taken a part-time job blowing leaves for a landscaper.

A recent Business Insider article, which profiled 11 middle class men  and women who have been unemployed for at least two years, includes Veronica  Orozco.  She is a 30 year old Civil Engineer, wife of a grad student and  mother of two, who had been with a firm in Chicago.

Veronica has been unemployed since June 2007.

The article stated that most people don’t understand how someone could fail  to find a job for over a year unless he was lazy or somehow defective.   And, it was found that this stigma makes finding a job harder, every day that a  person has been unemployed.

Now, excessively long term unemployment is driving people mad–costing  taxpayers billions of dollars in mental illness and other disability  claims.

The New York Post reported Sunday that as unemployment checks run  out, many jobless people are trying to gain government benefits by declaring  themselves unhealthy.

In January, more than 10.5 million people, or about 5.3 percent of the  population aged 25 and 64, received disability checks from the federal  government, which is an 18 percent jump from pre-recession rates.

Among those claiming disability, 43 percent are asking for benefits because  of mental illness–a growing number of whom are older, former white-collar  workers.

These claims put increased pressure on the fiscal viability of the Social  Security Trust Fund, which is already set to go broke in 2018–even though last  week Congress voted to extend the “Payroll Tax Holiday” through the end of the  year, eliminating over $100 billion from the funds income.

The Post noted that the more people file for disability claims, the better  for the unemployment picture since those people are removed from the jobless  rolls.

This is most likely the primary, yet perverted, factor that has caused the  systematic and “false” reduction in the unemployment rate over the past four  months–not an upturn in the economy as President Obama would have us all  believe.

And, Obama’s refusing to approve the Keystone XL pipeline project again last  month, cost the country 20,000 desperately needed high paying jobs within  months–without any taxpayer loans.

This is just more proof of how President Obama and Democrats have decimated  the middle class in America–instead of protecting them, as they claim.

15 Questions The Mainstream Media Would Ask Barack Obama If He Were A Republican

If you deny that there is liberal bias in the mainstream media, you are living under a rock. We saw George Stephanopolos take marching orders into debate questioning.

The only thing they don’t ask Republican candidates about much is economic questions and debt questions. Instead they ask horribly slanted, often irrelevant questions designed to make them look bad and help Obama. We’ve heard questions about contraceptives, religion, Newt’s angry ex-wife, Cain’s employees, Romney’s personal wealth, Gardasil, etc. Newt’s rise was because of the way he attacked the media and Obama in the debates because of the stupid and obviously planted questions.

So, what would happen if the mainstream media treated Barack Obama the exact same way they treat Republicans? The questions might sound a little something like this.

1) Numerous Mexican citizens and an American citizen have been murdered with weapons knowingly provided to criminals by our own government during Operation Fast and Furious. If Eric Holder was aware that was going on, do you think he should step down as Attorney General? Were you aware of Fast and Furious and if so, shouldn’t you resign?

2) In 2010 you said Solyndra, a company that donated heavily to your political campaign, was “leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future.” Today, Solyndra is bankrupt and the taxpayers lost over $500 million on loans that your administration knew might never be paid off when you made them. How do you respond to citizens who say this is evidence of corruption in your administration?

3) Unions invested a lot of time and money in helping to get you elected. In return, unions gained majority control of Chrysler, the taxpayers lost $14 billion dollars on General Motors, and General Motors received a special $45 billion dollar tax break. What do you say to people who view this as corruption on a scale never before seen in American history?

4) Through dubious means you and your Democrat allies in Congress managed to force through an incredibly unpopular health care bill that helped lead to the worst election night for the Democrat Party in 50 years. Since the bill has passed, many of your claims about the bill have proven to be untrue. For example, we now know the bill won’t lower health care costs and despite your assurances to the contrary, big companies like McDonald’s say they may drop health care because of the health care reform. Congress has exempted themselves from the health care reform and instead has their own taxpayer-funded premium health care plan. Many large companies (that donate to Democrat political campaigns) have received special exemptions from the health care plan. Since the majority of the American people have rejected your health care reform and it doesn’t do what you said it would, shouldn’t you work with the Republicans to repeal it?

5) When you took office, the national average for one gallon of gas was $1.89 per gallon. Since then, you’ve demonized the oil industry, dramatically slowed offshore drilling, blocked ANWAR, and rejected the Keystone Pipeline. Now, gas is $3.54 per gallon and rising and is expected to reach $5 per gallon by May of this year. How much higher do you anticipate driving gas prices?

6) Occupy Wall Street has been protesting against Wall Street and the richest 1 percent in America. You are in the top 1 percent of income earners in America and you have collected more cash from Wall Street than any other President in history. So, aren’t you exactly the sort of politician that Occupy Wall Street wants to get rid of?

7) How do you decide which foreign leaders to submissively bow towards and why do you think that’s appropriate for an American President?

8) If they could, don’t you think the Nobel Committee would take back the Nobel Peace Prize that you were awarded after serving just one month in office?

9) You made bipartisanship one of the central themes of your campaign in 2008. Yet, you’ve worked to push bills through Congress with almost no Republican support, spent much less time negotiating with Congress than George Bush did, and you’ve said things like, “But, I don’t want the folks who created the mess to do a lot of talking. I want them to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess. I don’t mind cleaning up after them, but don’t do a lot of talking.” Why did you decide to break your campaign promise to pursue bipartisanship?

10) America lost its AAA credit rating for the first time under your watch. What do you think you should have done differently to have prevented that historic failure?

11) You cut more than 500 billion dollars out of Medicare to fund your wildly unpopular health care reform bill. Given that Medicare is running in the red already, don’t you think it’s irresponsible to cut money out of one entitlement program, that millions of seniors depend on — to put it into a risky new entitlement program?

12) Back in July, you said, “Nobody’s looking to raise taxes right now. We’re talking about potentially 2013 and the out years.” Since you plan to raise taxes if you’re elected and you’ve had kind words for a value added tax, shouldn’t every American expect a tax increase if you’re reelected?

13) Why should the American people reelect you when your 10 year budget saddles America with more debt than all previous Presidents combined?

14) Your stimulus bill cost more in real dollars than the moon landing and the interstate highway system combined. Many prominent economists have concluded the stimulus plan was a total failure. What do we have to show for all of that money spent?

15) Members of your administration promised that the trillion dollar stimulus would keep unemployment under 8 percent. Instead, we’ve had 35+ months of 8% and above unemployment. Doesn’t that mean we wasted a trillion dollars on nothing?

According to White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, President Obama didn’t  cancel the Keystone XL pipeline – Republicans did.

Carney made the claim on Tuesday, after saying that Republicans  “forced” the President to cancel the permit for the pipeline.

“In terms of Keystone, as you all know, the history here is pretty clear. And  the fact is because Republicans decided to play political with Keystone, their  action essentially forced the administration to deny the permit process because  they insisted on a time frame in which it was impossible to completely approve  the pipeline,” he told ABC’s Jake Tapper.

“How can you say that you have an all of the above approach if the President  turned down the Keystone pipeline? And you blame the Republicans for making it  political,” Tapper asked.

Carney responded: “But the President didn’t turn down the Keystone pipeline.  There was a process in place, with long precedent, run out of the State  Department because of the issue of the pipeline crossing an international  boundary, that required an amount of time for proper for review after an  alternate route was deemed necessary through Nebraska at the request of the  Republican Governor of Nebraska and other stakeholders in Nebraska and the  region that needed to play out, to be done appropriately. You can’t review and  approve a pipeline, the route for which doesn’t even exist.”

Essentially Carney wants you to believe that if Obama’s environmentalist  allies had told him the postponement was unacceptable, O would have shrugged and  said, “Oh well. State’s gotta do what State’s gotta do.” What ended up happening  was that, after the decision was postponed, the House GOP squeezed Democrats on  the payroll-tax extension until they agreed to include a provision requiring the  White House to make a firm decision on the pipeline within 60 days. O’s decision, of course, was  to cancel it, ostensibly because “the arbitrary nature of the deadline” left  State with little time to consider greener pipeline routers but in reality  because he’s not about to alienate a core constituency in the middle of the  campaign money war to end all campaign money wars. Not even the NYT op-ed page is willing to spin this  crap for him. But then, they don’t get paid to. Well, not by the White House, I  mean. I think.

Republicans have attacked Obama’s decision to cancel the pipeline that would  have created thousands of jobs.

The Daily Caller noted:

Rising gas prices threaten to derail Obama’s re-election campaign as they  remind voters of the stalled economy, high unemployment and rising national  debts. The pain of the rising price is especially strong in Midwest swing states  where voters drive long distances between their homes, shops and work.

On Tuesday, conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh said the “dirty little secret”  is that Obama wants high gas prices.

“High gas prices will push people out of their cars and into electric cars  and hybrids, mass transit. A high gasoline price is exactly what Obama wants.  Obama wants pain. He wants interruptions to normalcy,” Limbaugh said.

Now that Obama’s record on domestic energy is coming under scrutiny by  Republicans, the White House seeks to blame Republicans for something the  President himself did – a familiar tactic.

“The Republicans were the ones who unfortunately decided because they were  looking for scalps, I guess, or wins in a situation where they somehow found  themselves on the wrong side of cutting taxes for 160 million Americans last  December,” Carney said, seeking to blame the GOP.

“They decided to play politics with this decision and attack the payroll  tax cut extension. Even though it was made clear by the State Department that  doing so would make it impossible for them to conduct the review responsibly,  they did it anyway knowing what the result would be,” he added.

But during the time Republicans were pushing the issue, President Obama was  telling America “we can’t wait” to produce jobs.  The president was given a  program that would create thousands of jobs, but balked.  Suddenly, “we  can’t wait” turned into “not so fast.”

Now, thanks to Obama’s inaction, thousands of jobs are not being created  and the price of gas continues to climb.  According to an article at Forbes, gas prices could hit $6 per gallon by summer, and  thanks to Obama, oil from Alberta will likely go to China instead of the  U.S.

“Some people believe that rising gasoline prices are a sign that the  economy is strengthening but one sure way to knock the  economy back into recession is a $6 or even $4 per gallon gasoline price.   And this, in turn, could have an impact on this year’s elections.  Stay  tuned,” Steve Odland wrote.

No doubt, the White House will try to blame Republicans for that, as  well.

Vetting in 2012 remains the most important and the most difficult job of our lives. We must diligently choose candidates who aren’t connected with any radical organizations – that will require a massive amount of homework.

Obama is sliding under the radar once again without being vetted; it’s most important to know who this stranger is in our midst and who his friends are and what foundations he supports. A lay person would not suspect a problem with his favorite foundations because they operate under various guises. These organizations definitely aren’t friends of America; they devour and control those less fortunate.

Gamaliel, Joyce, Wood and Annenberg Foundations show the power of false philanthropy. They pretend to care and support those in need by hiding under the pretext of working for the public good of our society.

Here’s what Webster Tarpley wrote in 2008 and if you read it, you’ll see the Obama shoe fits.

Obama has worked for the Gamaliel Foundation, the Joyce Foundation, the Woods Fund, and the Annenberg Foundation as a community organizer – a poverty pimp, a cynical opportunist who uses suffering people as a political commodity. The foundation strategy is divide and conquer, pitting blacks against whites against Hispanics against Asians, to prevent any challenge to Wall Street. Racist provocateurs like Wright and Pfleger, along with Weatherman terrorist bombers Ayers and Dohrn, Obama’s best friends, are cast in this mold. The Joyce Foundation – pretends to be an environmental fund, but actually an activist foundation whose ultimate goal is to ban guns. What you see is not what you get!

The Gamaliel Foundation models itself after the activism of the 1960s radical Saul Alinsky, who authored the books Reveille for Radicals (1946), The Professional Radical (1970), and Rules for Radicals (1971).

Woods Foundation – responsible for defining Obama’s political identity and they support ACORN and the Gamaliel Foundation.

Most importantly all of these foundations are connected to the Communists, Marxists and extreme radicals. These foundations were conveniently wiped off of Obama’s resume and this explains his reluctance to go through a normal vetting process.
